We are a locally-owned and operated construction company with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality construction services that fit within your budget and schedule—be it small or large.
You can expect every project to be managed and executed by our experienced craftsmen. We generally do not hire subcontractors unless your project requires expertise best performed by a specialty professional or if additional labor is required to meet a tight timeline.
Our 6-Step Approach
1. Job Request
Upon receiving your job request, we will contact you to determine the resources needed to fulfill your request. For small projects, we will schedule a service call-out (4-hour minimum). For larger projects, we will set up an on-site consultation to begin your Project Plan.
2. Meet with LaborPro
For small projects, we will discuss your expectations for the job and work will begin immediately.
For larger projects, we will listen carefully to your needs and perform an initial assessment of your improvement, repair or maintenance project. This also provides you an opportunity to ask questions about your project. Because job costs can vary depending on the quality of materials selected and complexity of the work, it is helpful to communicate your budget expectations.
3. Review Project Plan
After the initial meeting, we will prepare and submit your Project Plan. This is a starting point for your project costs. Your LaborPro contractor is happy to work with you and your budget to find a balance on quality and cost.
4. Finalize & Approve Project Plan
Your comments are considered and reflected in a revised Project Plan. Once you have approved the Project Plan, a deposit for labor and materials is required.
5. Your Project in Progress
During the construction phase, we encourage customer communication. We are readily available for your questions and provide construction progress updates at your request. We do our best to minimize construction impacts on our customer's daily life by keeping the construction site clean and hazard-free.
