Rates & Fees
Remodeling project costs can vary depending on your existing structure, selection of materials and complexity of the requested work.
For smaller projects, we will schedule a service call-out. An assessment will be performed at the job site. Work will begin immediately (dependent on availability of parts and materials needed to complete the task).
For larger projects, we will work with you to develop a Project Plan. This includes estimated labor costs, material selections, construction permits and project schedules.

Please contact us for our competitive construction rates. 4-hour minimum for on-site service calls.
Deposits
A deposit for material and labor costs is required for jobs lasting more than one week. The deposit amount will be detailed in your Project Plan.
Permits
Construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing permit fees vary by project type and city ordinances. Visit your city hall or research them online.
Change Orders
For small projects, we will try our best to accommodate your requests while on location. For larger projects requiring a Project Plan, all additional requests or changes to the contract must be approved by both the customer and LaborPro contractor.
Materials Purchase & Waste Disposal
Building materials are purchased at local retail locations or through the client's selected vendor. There is no mark-up for building materials or disposal of waste materials. Pick-up and delivery of materials is considered a part of the building process and is billed as an hourly service rate.
Payment
Deposits are due before work begins on your project.
For small projects (one week or less), payment is due upon completion. For large projects (more than one week), a weekly payment is required at the end of each business week and upon completion.
